my company sends four of us to take CCNA course at iEnabler. i starting to regret a bit for recommending it to Kelvin. the trainer does not seems to be able to explain the basics. eg like wads a switch? how to subnet? he don't teach us how to calculate at all. just said out the steps. and he sounds so unsure during the explaination. faint xia. then after that he tried to input some practical. but he cant give a proper demostrations. keep making mistakes. end up he took half hour to solve the problem or just skip it. then later on we, as the students, provide him the answer. can see its not purposely he wants us to solve it but its he really cannot make it. well, he just keeps saying theory not important and needs the cisco router. we share see next week how then. hopefully it will be better or else it will be self study for the exam lerr T_T
