working in LGA for exactly eight months liao. started off as techincal support; assisting customer in their connectivity problems. then the fourth month our company started the plan to merge TS and PVS together. i was chosen to learn the provisioning first. so currently im handling both PVS and serving premium customers. the overall custcare manager decides to shift me over to application support to do project coordinations and drawing up the customer's network. target is to shift me over by Jan 2008.
was pretty excited when i first got the news. but now
的我, 突然觉得有点不决定和开始对自己没信心。is it cos im not up to the job thats why i keep moving around departments? supposed to be a technical officer. then do admin job when i learnt PVS. now moving over to Apps. still doing paperwork. but of cos, when im inside PVS, i absorbed new knowledge on the creation and activation of services and its process. then at Apps, will be handling projects and technical proposals. able to know the detailed requirement of the stuffs and in turn handle any issues that arise. in other words, becoming the contact between cust and my coy. when more settled down, will be learning on the network itself.
不知道啦。感觉好矛盾勒。 好烦啊！but also like that la. nothing much i can do about it. confirm that im moving up
就对了。走一步算一步吧。at most get swopped back if i don't perform. but hey, theres definitely pros to this "promotion". i can be a project manager/coordinator in the future if i dun wanna work as a technical support personnel. hahax. shall stop here. back to Pirates' time! (find me inside
